These terms govern your use of our attendance and job-work service and of this website. By subscribing, or by using a workspace your employer has subscribed to, you agree to them. Our registered name and address are on our Contact Us page.
The service
We provide access to a hosted, multi-tenant software service for recording attendance and job work. We provide it as described on this website and on the Pricing page. We may improve or change features, and will not remove a materially relied-upon feature during a paid term without telling you.
Accounts and your responsibilities
- Each organisation is identified by a symbol chosen at sign-up, and nominates a super-admin who may create and deactivate other users.
- You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and for what is done under your users' accounts.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you record — in particular, for telling your staff that their attendance, location and, where enabled, photographs are being recorded, and for having a lawful basis to do so.
- You may not attempt to access another organisation's data, probe or overload the service, or resell access without our written agreement.
Fees and payment
Fees are those published on the Pricing page or otherwise agreed in writing, billed in advance per term, plus applicable taxes. Non-payment leads to suspension as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Service delivery
This is a digital service with nothing physically shipped — see Service Delivery.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into the service. We process it to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export your reports at any time while your subscription is active.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where practical.
Limits of liability
The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid for the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, or where use threatens the security or stability of the service or breaks the law. Either of us may end the subscription as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the subscribing organisation's administrators, and the updated date below will change.
