This is a digital subscription service. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped or couriered.

How access is delivered

• On payment of the proforma invoice for a term, the workspace is activated immediately and automatically, and a tax invoice is issued.
• Access is delivered over the internet through this website and, where provided, our mobile application. No installation media are supplied.
• Staff sign in with the organisation symbol and their own email address. Administrators can add staff themselves at any time.
• If a payment succeeds but access does not activate, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page; we will activate it manually or refund the payment in full.

Delivery timeline

Activation is immediate on successful payment — in practice within a few minutes. Where a bank or gateway settles a payment asynchronously, activation follows confirmation of that payment, normally the same business day.

Geographic availability

The service is available wherever there is internet access. Prices are billed in Indian Rupees for customers in India and in US Dollars elsewhere.

Support at handover

Setting up your organisation's departments, staff, clients and job works is self-service, and we help by email during business hours. Larger migrations can be quoted separately.
